Feb 24, 2010  Hi Guys, My Kontrol X1 just arrived, much to my excitement, but despite running the installer on my osx macbook like with any other usb device, and then plugging the X1 in, I get nothing more than a 5 second light show on the X1 and then it goes dark and inactive again. Unfortunatly we cannot help you with issues with the DJay Pro, since we can only offer technical support for Native Instruments applications. Since the Kontrol X1 works fine with Traktor, the device is in good working order - so the only problem seems to be on the DJay Pro side, which we cannot help you with.
